Retainment Fee
A retainment fee of 50% or $50 for any chemical service will be collected at the time or within 48 hours of booking to reserve the appointment time. The retainment fee is transferable up until 48 hours prior to the appointment time, but not refundable. The fee will be credited to the bill of your first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for 48 hours notice to avoid a rebooking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day, or no-shows will incur 75% of the cost of the appointment to rebook. All fees will be waived in the event that the spot can be filled. We appreciate your understanding.
Product Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your product selection, and if you are unhappy with your product, we are happy to help you exchange it for store credit (does not include services) and find a product that better suits your needs.
New Client Welcome Policy
To keep things simple and fair for everyone, please review the following:
Blowout packs must be paid for in full at time of purchase
Expiration dates apply
Signature Blowout: 3 Months
Blowout Flex Pack: 9 Months
Cancellation policy applies to pack appointments
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one blowout being deducted from the remaining pack
Single blowouts are always available
Blowout packages are offered as a convenience and value for frequent guests
